We offer six, one hour group WODs (workouts of the day) Monday, Wednesday, Friday and five classes Tuesday and Thursday consisting of a comprehensive warm-up, mobility, strength/skill, WOD, and cool down. Saturday our doors open at 8am for members with a group WOD at 10AM.
We are a very structured gym. We start on time and all of our classes, from mobility through the workout are coach led.
We have a goals board for members and we encourage and help our members achieve things they never thought possible. There are no small victories!!
Foundations classes for new members start each week. We understand life is busy between work, school, family, kids etc and will try to accommodate your schedule and find times that work for you.
