Getting started at Everhard CrossFit is easy with your initial free workout. You can see our normal schedule on the "Classes" page.
When you decide you'd like to join our community you will go through our Foundations classes. They consist of 3 one hour long sessions, scheduled upon request. The classes are taught in sequence and are required to move to the regular group WODs. Demonstrating proper technique in certain skills is also necessary before moving on to group WODs.
For those coming to Everhard CrossFit as experienced CrossFiters, you will be asked to demonstrate the nine foundational movements. This is to enhance our capability to coach you effectively as well as identify areas that need further developing.
Your safety and growth is our ultimate responsibility above all other goals. Our athletes will be expected to advance at a pace that is only appropriate based on demonstrated skill and preparedness.
